Vallejo Center For Learning was established in 1997. VCL is a residential day treatment, non public school which provides 12 month on site services. The program is fully compliant with the california department of education and local school district SELPA standards. VCL provides behavioral services and mental health counseling for students with specific learning disabilities or those requiring a classroom setting supportive of emotionally disturbed needs.
