ShareFest looking for projects (Montrose Daily Press)

MONTROSE — It's that time of year again where more than 1,000 area volunteers roll up their sleeves and lend a helping hand to their neighbor. The fourth annual ShareFest will begin at 7 a.m. on Sept. 19 at the Montrose High School parking lot. The deadline for projects is Sept. 1.

MONTROSE — Rocky Mountain International Academy announced it would not be open this school year due to finances. “We had to make a decision last Friday that we couldn’t open for the new year,” RMIA founder Doug Kiesewetter said.
