Oasis Community School has been serving children and families of the Encinitas area since 1983.

We are currently transitioning from a pre-K school to a primary elementary program serving grades K-3.
Next fall we will be serving children ages 4 through 7.
The following and subsequent years we will be serving children ages 5-8.
The intention of Oasis Nurturing Education is to raise children with more conscious awareness of themselves, others and the environment.
It intends to help children remain and grow in awareness of their connection to all life, beginning with their own well-being and extending to the world in which they live.
It hopes to foster personal initiative and responsibility.
It strives to keep alive the spirit of discovery and accomplishment.
It hopes to bring a spirit of love and joy back into schools and to demonstrate the importance of paying attention to the whole child; body, mind and spirit.
