Calvary Baptist Academy
School Notes Overview:
Calvary Baptist Academy's support parents in training their children by providing the highest quality Christian education in an environment of genuine love and concern for each student Our desire at Calvary Baptist Academy is to assist parents in their endeavors to raise children who want to walk in the ways of Jesus. God's Word brings light and life to His children; therefore, we endeavor to immerse our students in His Word, and we endeavor to model Jesus' love to them. Christian education supports the mandate given by God to parents in Deuteronomy 6:4-9 that admonishes parents to continuously place God's Word before their children for their instruction. Calvary Baptist Academy's main goal is to train children in the excellence of Christ; therefore, the Bible provides the basis for our instruction. Our instruction begins and ends with the authority of the Scriptures as our teachers integrate God's Word throughout their lessons. Our strong academic program prepares our students to be leaders in their churches and communities. CBA graduates are well prepared to begin their college education. We offer a challenging phonics-based reading program that gives our students the necessary tools to excel in all subject areas. Our students possess strong computation skills and problem-solving skills as a result of our traditional math program....
