Turnabout Stillwater Academy's model has been tested, tried, proven, and perfected for over two decades and has helped literally hundreds of teens dealing with a wide array of issues from across the country. Turnabout / Stillwater Academy is a year round program, and can accept new students at any time. Acceptance is based on a combination of a review of the student's current and past history of behavior, and consultation with parents and/or professionals. We serve 12-17 girls and boys who have a history of mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems, low self-esteem, defiance, academic underachievement, mild substance abuse, and/or family conflict. Turnabout gives teens the chance to step out of their destructive patterns, make a choice to change for the better, make good decisions, experience real success, develop healthy relationships, and then move back into a new & better life that many of them may have not dreamed possible.
