Westerville, OH, 43081
Tel: (614)882-2148
Grades: K - 3 | 26 students
The Westerville Church of the Nazarene was organized on March 7, 1936 with 12 charter members.
What started in a storefront building in downtown Westerville (left) moved to a modest, traditional building on east Park Street in 1939.
The church was built of stones cut and set by the hands of its laypeople.
During the construction, services were held in the basement until the ground level sanctuary was completed.
Attendance grew to nearly 100 by the completion in 1941.
Our mission is to become a bi-lingual church, making and building believers among five key areas of community life: Prayer, Discipleship, Stewardship, Worship, and Fellowship.
