St. George Schools were founded in 1940 by the Fathers of The Order of Saint Basil the Great and a group of dedicated Americans of Ukrainian descent.
Both Saint George Ukrainian Catholic Schools are committed to academic excellence and the spiritual and social development of every student.
The mission of Saint George Catholic Schools is to challenge students to achieve academic and personal success, while actively participating in their Catholic faith and perpetuating their heritage.
We provide instruction from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade where students are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential in a Christian Ukrainian atmosphere of love and caring.
Saint George Elementary School offers students in grades Pre-K- 8th grade top-notch academic curriculum, excellent student support services, superior instructional technology, and exceptional community support.
St. George Elementary School is accredited by the Archdiocese of NY and actively incorporates its’ curriculum and methodologies into a hands-on instruction format.
