Westwood Baptist Academy (WBA) offers a quality Christian education in a warm, friendly atmosphere. The purpose of this school is to give Christian training along with a solid academic foundation in the basic fundamentals of learning for the average and above-average child. Academic and spiritual standards are high with added emphasis on patriotism and character training. WBA is a ministry of Westwood Baptist Church , a member of both the American Association of Christian Schools and the Missouri Association of Christian Schools. WBA also participates in the Mid-America Association of Christian Schools' regional events. Preschool (K4) through 12th grade classes are taught in a traditional classroom setting primarily using the A Beka TM curriculum. Each student has close, personal contact with well-qualified teachers who are prepared to give each student a thorough scholastic background. Our classrooms are bright, cheerful, and air-conditioned. WBA provides excellent academics in a caring Christian environment.
