Pinecrest is a private school, home to approximately 500 children in Preschool through Sixth Grade. From the day Pinecrest was founded in 1951, our mission has been to provide a rich educational experience for the whole child. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of preparing thousands of students to take an active and effective role in today's world. Today, our academic standards have evolved into a comprehensive and exciting curriculum that combines traditional principles of education with the latest technological advancements. Of course, outstanding teachers are the key. And at Pinecrest, every child is taught by superior teachers who know your child as a unique individual. Since every child learns best in an environment that is stimulating yet comfortable, we hold firm to the philosophy that schools should be designed around the needs of children. And each Pinecrest campus has been. We designed each school from the bottom up to provide an optimum educational experience - not just every year, but every day, so that children actually look forward to getting up for school, because their school is Pinecrest.
