The Beverly Payment or Services in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT/SILOT) Committee established by Ward 6 Councilor Judith Cronin in September, 2008 has reached a new agreement with Shore Country Day School and an expansion of a current agreement with Montserrat College of Art.
