Since 1992, when we opened our first learning center, New Horizon has been providing affordable child care and education programs to families throughout Prince George's and Charles County. Our Centers offer superior quality learning programs for infants, toddlers, pre-school, and before & after school. New Horizon is dedicated to the philosophy that children learn by doing and by exploring their environment. Children prosper when their individual emotional, social, intellectual, and physical needs are recognized and nurtured.
