Legacy Christian Academy

Tel: (661)257-7377
Grades: K - 8 | 412 students
Legacy Christian Academy was 1 of only 50 private schools in the country to be selected by the Council of American Private Education (CAPE) in 2015 as an "Exemplary High Performing School" and "National Blue Ribbon Nominee" (final selection will be determined by the US Department of Education in September of 2015).
We strive to build a strong academic and spiritual foundation in the lives of students.
The core academic program focuses on language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and technology.
Secondarily, we provide broad and enriched instruction in the arts, including visual arts, music, and foreign language.
Students are challenged to excel in every aspect of their education so as to develop their God-given abilities and talents and become effective communicators, critical thinkers, active learners, and community servants.
Year after year, students score in the 90th percentile in the SAT 10 standardized test (which compares Legacy students to other private schools throughout the country).
Legacy provides this comprehensive education within a Christian environment.
Our school upholds a distinctly Christian worldview, yet we remain independent of a church or denomination.
We operate from the principles and ethics that are found in the Bible and the conservative, traditional values that our country was founded upon.
We strive to honor Jesus Christ in our curriculum and instruction.
Legacy admits students of any race, creed, religion, and national or ethnic origin.
