At Primrose Schools we offer more than a daycare experience. We call our unique accredited preschool curriculum Balanced Learning, blending the two leading philosophies of teaching children in child care. One of those philosophies endorses a child-initiated approach, in which children are free to explore their individual interest with teacher support. The other places a greater emphasis on teacher direction, where an established curriculum leads children along a consistent learning path. Through Balanced Learning, we combine the best of both philosophies. Our curriculum and program have achieved accreditation status from CITA/NCS, two of the most prominent and respected education associations in the country. For more than 100 years, these prestigious associations have been recognized as the gold standard in evaluating schools and colleges, but Primrose was the first educational preschool to receive this accreditation award.
