L’Ecole Française du Maine offers a unique approach to bilingual and multi-cultural education, through immersion in the French language.
L'Ecole Française du Maine gives children the opportunity to celebrate diversity while pursuing their individual paths toward development.

Our curriculum includes International Education, Exploring Maine, Play and Celebration, English Language Arts, Physical Education, Community, Music, Visual Arts, Field Trips and much more.  Specific areas of study change through the different grade levels, offering our students a diverse learning experience tailored to the different developmental stages.

L’Ecole Française du Maine is fully accredited by the French Ministry of Education (AEFE), the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Maine Department of Education.
The School is affiliated with MLF (Mission Laïque Française), AFSA (Association of French School in North America) and AEFE (Agence pour l'enseignement français à l'étranger).
French curriculum and the Maine Learning Results are combined to allow students to transition into any school.
