An earth- and winter-wise festival will warm the hearts and souls of visitors during the Martin Luther King holiday weekend over Jan. 15-16, 2010, in Estes Park. I was very disappointed to see the school board weighing in on the upcoming EPURA election. We elected these folks (or at least three out of the five were elected) to set school district policy and see that our schools are well run. - Estes Park may have snow for the new Winter Festival, no matter the weather (Estes Park Trail Gazette)
