UConn's Tina Charles scored 17 points, hitting 8 of 10 from the field, and the U.S. women's basketball team defeated Serbia 84-50 on Friday in the World University Games in Belgrade, Serbia. Team USA finishes the preliminary round 3-0 and will open the second round against Poland (2-1) today.
