Palm Harbor Preparatory, founded in 1988, is a private high school that advocates a unique approach to learning which prepares students for post-secondary education. Through the exclusive one-to-one student-teacher ratio, students are encouraged to excel academically and develop emotionally. This individualized attention promotes increased self-confidence and personal responsibility among the students attending Palm Harbor Preparatory. The one-to-one classroom instruction allows for a wide range of student individuality. Class sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each student. Palm Harbor Prep School Students with learning disabilities find the distraction-free, non-competitive environment at Palm Harbor Preparatory a fresh alternative to larger classroom settings. Gifted students enjoy the challenges of the advanced college preparatory curriculum and the opportunity to participate in the Dual Enrollment Program at local junior colleges.
