ASHEVILLE — Maccabi Academy hired Becky Hunt as the school’s first Head of School. Hunt has a 30-year career in Michigan public schools, where she worked as an elementary and middle school teacher. She was also an assistant principal and principal at a magnet school.

July 02, 2009 Johns Creek resident Suzanne DiPietro was named Educator of the Year at the recent annual Heart of Gold Banquet sponsored by AADD (All About Developmental Disabilities).
