The faculty of GCA seek to maintain a positive Christian environment. This means that we expect students to Ddmonstrate a willingness to grow spiritually; commit to academic integrity; show respect for peers, faculty, and God; follow a healthy, drug-free lifestyle; and treat the property of GCA and of fellow students with care. Georgia-Cumberland Academy challenges each student to reach full academic potential. Above all else , GCA seeks to provide students with an education that prepares him or her for eternal life; with the God that gave Himself in order that we might live with Him. Our staff seeks to instill in each student a desire for a relationship with Him, and to foster a sense of responsibility for service to others as we become productive citizens of this world. The coursework at GCA is to assist students in developing a range of skills in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics, technology, and creative expression. We envision our students becoming life-long learners with the capability to be successful in a rapidly changing world.
