School Notes Overview: |
The Galloway School is a private, co-educational day school dedicated to offering a well rounded academic program for children ages 3 through grade 12. Since its founding in 1969, The Galloway School has been a community where students have the freedom to think, to grow, to question and to find their own truth. The school's philosophy is based on the assumption that children learn best when they are drawn rather than pushed to learning, when they are comfortable, when they are respected and when they are challenged. The mission of The Galloway School is to develop a diverse community of learners who support the concept of solid performance, to create an environment that places a high premium on human dignity and common decency and to instill a lifelong interest in learning.
