Kona Pacific School's vision is to create a Waldorf School for the children of Kona. Our mission is to create Kona Pacific Waldorf School together; parents, board, faculty and children, upon this foundation. This school will be firmly rooted in Anthroposophy and will seek to become a full member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA). An important aspect of our mission is the incorporation of Biodynamic farming into the curriculum and life of the school. The philosophy and education practices of the school will expand from these foundations to embrace the values of Hawaiian culture, with particular focus on community sustainability through care and respect for the people, land and sea of Hawaii.
