    Kauai County's Anti-Drug Office and Department of Parks and Recreation recently donated two picnic tables to the Lihu'e Salvation Army's Kokua Soup Kitchen. The donation comes as the number of people served at the soup kitchen has doubled from 50 to more than 100 in recent months.
