The purpose of Magic Valley Christian School is to provide a sound academic education integrated with a Christian view of God and the world based on the Word of God. This educational program is designed for children in grades 6-12 whose parents are committed to a personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and includes use of current technology as appropriate and instruction in preparation for life in the workplace. The educational philosophy of MVCS is based on a Godcentered view that all truth is God’s Truth and that the Bible is the inspired and the only infallible Word of God which contains this Truth. God created all things and sustains all things. Therefore, the universe and man are dynamically related to God and have the purpose of glorifying Him. Because man is a sinner by nature, he cannot glorify or know God. He can do this only by receiving God’s free gift of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ, thereby committing his life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. ...read more
