School Notes:

  • Aurora Christian has a very unique approach to education. Superintendent and founder Paul House whole heartedly believes that "for kids to become Christian thinkers, they need to be taught Christian thinking." It is not merely enough for the teachers to just be Christian, they need to have the freedom to teach from a Christian perspective. They need to teach the Bible, they need to teach their students to pray, they need to teach a reliance upon God, and most importantly, they need to teach how to think in terms of God's standards. It is evident throughout scripture that God intends for His children to learn His ways. Aurora Christian's mission is to work with families in bringing their children to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, educating them from a Christian worldview, and preparing them for a life of service to Christ and their world.
