Charges are being reviewed against a 35-year-old Deerfield man who barricaded himself in his parents' home for six hours Wednesday. Richard Roth was taken into police custody following the standoff. Around 3:30 p.m., Roth walked out of the 1000 Warrington Road home and voluntarily gave himself up to authorities without incident, Deputy Police Chief Tom Keane said.
