DECATUR - Chiara Evelti, Caroline Forster and Nathan DeSutter were first-graders the one time Our Lady of Lourdes School split the prize money with St. Patrick School for collecting more food than any other in the first WSOY Community Food Drive in 2002.

DECATUR - No one told them it couldn't be done. Even the "professionals," volunteers who have been helping organize benefits for people for years, are amazed that a group of mothers and others from Our Lady of Lourdes School put together a benefit for one of their own, Carson Brown, in just six weeks.
