Heritage Christian School was established in 1972 as a help to Christian families to provide Christian training and ethics to school aged children.  Pastor Bobby Creel  served as the principal of HCS since his arrival at Heritage Baptist Temple in September of 2010 until its closing in May of 2013. HCS used the ABeka, Bob Jones, and Saxon academic curricula.  Primarily ABeka, which is an excellent Christian learning system.
It is phonics based allowing us to teach our kindergarteners to read! THAT'S RIGHT, OUR KINDERGARTENERS CAN READ!  At each grade level there is a great emphasis on the  development of Biblical character qualities and patriotism to the United States of America.  At Heritage, we strive for excellence in every aspect of life.
Our goal is to pass on to our students a Christian world view that will allow them to put God first in all that they do regardless of what career path they choose in life.

Our School is not currently operating due to low student enrollment.  We would love to re-open and be available to help you train your children in education and christian descipleship.  If you are interested in this kind of education with a distinct christian emphasis, contact us about being put on our waiting list.  When we have a minimum number of students on our active waiting list, we will have a meeting to discuss our reopening.  Don't miss the opportunity to be a part of the NEW Heritage.  God bless!
