J.A. Happ received votes from everybody for National League Rookie of the Year, but he didn’t necessarily receive enough first-place ones. Florida leadoff hitter Chris Coghlan edged Happ, a Philadelphia pitcher and native of St. Bede Academy in Peru, for the NL honor in results released Monday.
