Chinelo Agwuncha of Westchester, a senior at Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy in Forest Park, was selected to serve on the Illinois State Board of Education Student Advisory Council for 2009-10. The new council will meet throughout the year to address education issues, including dropout prevention strategies.
