Alexandra Fosco of Elmwood Park was crowned Miss Illinois Pre-Teen Cover Girl Queen and Lynzi Misuraca of Melrose Park was crowned Miss Illinois Teen 2009/2010. Both girls competed for the National America Miss Illinois Pageant at the Pheasant Run Hotel in St. Charles.
