AT THE LIBRARY: •Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza, will feature Mexican Folk Art during "Art Out of the Box" at 2 p.m. today in Children's Services. Children can read the best illustrated books of the year and help select the winner of the Caldecott Award for the most distinguished American picture book for children at 2 and 4 p.m.
