Notes for Prospective Students

Admission to St. Francis de Sales school is on a year to year basis. Along with a completed registration form,you must submit a CURRENT copy of the following: birth certificate, most recent report card (Grades 1-8), immunization records, 2 documents showing Proof of Address (Lease, Cable, landline phone bill, Duke energy or Waterworks Bill), current IEP (Special Education Program) if applicable, Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic) $100 non-refundable registration fee per family. Our school psychologist/school counselor will screen new students in grades 3 through 8 for ability and placement.
