The Marian Division curriculum was greatly enhanced this year with the addition of a STEM??Science Technology Engineering Math??class. All seventh- and eighth-graders are taking one semester of Project Lead the Way, in addition to their regular math and science classes. The seventh-graders work on 3D mechanical design using CAD software, while the eighth-graders study automation and robotics.
St. Mary's Scholars are part of an honors program that recognizes incoming students for exceptional academic achievement and provides enrichment opportunities throughout their time at St. Mary?'s.
Rigorous academics, the 1:1 iPad initiative and STEM programs in and out of the classroom prepare our students to achieve their preferred option for college.
Opportunities to play 21 sports in the Catholic Central League, 19 state titles since 1988 and winning varsity records help our students become champions on the field, court and ice.
Visual and performing arts, a Theater Company in the Mass. Educational Theater Guild and partnerships with Lynn Museum and Centerboard let our students express their creativity.
St. Mary's is located in historic downtown Lynn: the largest city in Essex County, an urban manufacturing and commercial center, densely populated and culturally diverse. We are proud to partner with many Lynn and Greater Boston community and arts organizations in providing tremendous value to our students. We host annual dinners in appreciation of our Lynn firefighters and police officers!
