UHS Keystone School - Grand Terrace provides special education services for students in grades K-12.
Students are referred to our program through local school districts and SELPA’s (Special Education Local Plan Areas).
The majority of the students who are enrolled at UHS Keystone School - Grand Terrace have been identified as having emotional disturbances, learning disabilities or other identified needs as defined by the educational code.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a full range of services to a wide variety of student’s needs.
Our curriculum is aligned to our local LEA (Local Educational Agency), Colton Unified School District.
Students are instructed following California state standards and using differentiated instruction to insure mastery of goals and benchmarks.
We have an enrollment capacity of up to 120 students.
We provide a comprehensive behavior management program which follows a clearly defined point and level incentive based system.
The program emphasizes the acquisition pro-social behaviors which support positive and appropriate classroom behavior and productive peer/adult relationships.
