The school is exceptional. In a city where public and private schools can be very hit or miss, AIS Is consistently Supportive and rigorous. They look at the holistic child and offer individualized instruction And tutelage where necessary. The IB diploma is incredibly challenging and getting a B Is an a in any other school. Great kids, not a party atmosphere, very inclusive and diverse. The kids really care about each other and look out for one another. The parents are active and involved. You will never hear about a kid getting involved with drugs at this school. We put our trust in this school and my children have blossomed - one is now going to a great university. I will always be thankful for this community and the fantastic teachers who make learning so special. I especially appreciate the head of School, who encouraged all of us to let our children fail, which seemed odd at the time but now I understand it's the only way that you grow. These kids are ready for college because they go to college for the last two years the DP is Intense but so worth it!

I love the school for our kids. Diversity is very important to us. Also, learning how to think and analyze is key for development. I went to a prep that was highly focused on AP classes/college. I definitely was prepared for university, but I had no idea how fun and interesting school could be when you took a more interdisciplinary approach.

Fantastic and highly impressive school. Providing my kids with the opportunity to become truly conversant in a foreign language, having them learn through an interdisciplinary approach, and being surrounded by diversity are greatly important to us. AIS nails it.

The Atlanta International School is an extraordinary place for students to grow, thrive, and become global citizens with a passion for social justice. My high school daughter is very pleased with her academic load, friend group, and the range of athletic teams available. The academic level is higher compared to her previous schools abroad, and we feel confident that she is obtaining a top-notch education. The leadership team is dedicated and hard-working. The unique aspect of AIS is that students can learn languages through immersion as well as through the heritage language program. My daughter is in her fourth language. The arts are highly valued and all students can choose from Art, Design, Musical Theatre, Orchestra, Band, and private instrumental instruction. This is a fabulous school. I highly recommend AIS.

I work at the school and have kids at the school. I would recommend it strongly to anyone who wants an inclusive international community where students get to study a very wide range of subjects, taught in engaging and innovative ways. It has a unique vibe where every day is interesting and exciting for them.

My three children are thriving at this school. It is unique and I think through the language they are learning and all the other exposure to global citizens will make them incredibly competent in the future. Choosing any other school in Atlanta would be unthinkable for our family now.

We have four children ranging from K through upper school--this is an amazing school and it has kept our family in Atlanta way longer than we ever expected when we first moved here ten years ago. I recommend the school without reservation. It is a unique school and community. Incredibly caring.

An incredible school in general, specializing in making real life relations with topics students learn, and also, as I was learning here, I felt truly immersed in the learning, in the sense of understanding.
