The teachers and staff at the Hudson KinderCare are passionate about enriching the lives of all children.
Our teachers have an average tenure of 4.5 years. As a "Step Up to Quality Star 2" center, 50% of our lead teachers must possess at least an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
All of our staff is required to have ten hours of specialized training in Early Childhood Education annually, as well as maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse Prevention.
Our staff focuses on individualizing their daily curriculum to meet the needs of all of their students.
They complete quarterly assessments on their students, as well as put together a wonderful portfolio to showcase your child's year.
They also align their curriculum with the state of Ohio's Early Childhood Content Standards and the National Standards.

  • Welcome to the Hudson KinderCare! We are proud to have served the Hudson community since 1984, enriching early learners through play and a caring, stimulating environment. Here at the Hudson KinderCare, children, staff, and parents are all a part of a big family, who are committed to the highest quality of learning for children ages six weeks through twelve years. We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and are proud to say we are a Step Up to Quality Star 2 center.
  • At our center we strive to provide a safe learning environment for your children. We require all of our staff to be certified in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse. We also have a keypad entry that ensures the safety of your child when they are in our care. We also have a lower teacher to student classroom ratios that provides the best quality care for your child. Our meals meet the US food program standards that guarantee your child will be receiving the proper nutrients they need to stay healthy.
  • Hours Of Operation: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, M-F
  • Accreditations: NAEYC
  • Enrollment: Min Age - 6 Weeks, Max Age - 12 YEAR-OLDS
  • Yes Portage County and Summit County, NACCRRA. Center has paperwork for subsidy, will fax over for subsidy help. NO PART TIME SUBSIDY.
