My daughter is now in 6th grade and going into her 2nd year at Lake Highland. Having been in private schools since preschool, nothing can compare to our outstanding experience at LHP. From the incredible facilities to the supremely talented faculty, my daughter is inspired daily to be a lifelong learner and is already planning for which 4-year university she wants to attend! She began mentoring younger students last year and is encouraged to take on leadership roles whenever possible. The school creates opportunities for students to learn and lead so they can be well-equipped to take these skills out into the world as adults. I see the results of enrolling my child at LHP and it's absolutely amazing to watch her growth in just one year!! No other school has been able to accomplish this. And I can say this as someone who has worked in education for over 20+ years. Lake Highland is where it's at! A++ for the school of innovation and opportunity!! Go Highlanders!

I am a present student at Lake Highland and I have to say that this school is one of the best in the country. Each student is given so many opportunities to unleash their potential and their College and Career Center is wonderful. It takes the nervousness out of the college selection process. I have met many people that will be my life long friends. In my opinion, the only problem is their use of millions, and I mean like ten million dollars, to build a house for the president or new gym "renovations" . The gym renovations consist of just a new front to the gym aswell as a smaller locker room with a few more showers. I was able to see how much money was spent just on the new President's house alone and it almost made me gag. That money could have been put toward having a set of textbooks in every classrooms which is a problem. Many reviews of this school will say that this school is full of a bunch of rich, snotty, white kids. This is true to an extent. There are those kids who think of themselves higher than everyone else but there will be those types of kids at any school you go to. Over all this is the best school I have attended.
