Ashley Hall has been a wonderful school for my 2 daughters. The experiential learning and creative curriculum has my girls (middle school) excited to go to school each day. I have found the school to be an incredibly welcoming place and the students are encouraged to try new activities.

I was lucky enough to begin Ashley Hall in the ninth grade, and I always say that my only regret was not being able to begin sooner. The all-girls environment absolutely transformed me and gave me the confidence to thrive in college and now in law school. I am confident in my own abilities, and I still rely on the skills I learned in Ashley Hall in my academic career. I could not recommend Ashley Hall highly enough.

I attended AH from the nursery until senior year. I absolutely love this school and cannot name a better place for females. I was on the state-winning tennis team, completed a yearlong senior project at the Medical University, and had numerous incredible experiences studying abroad. One of my favorite school trips was the very special, Spirit of SC leadership voyage - totally unique to AH! The school does a wonderful job at preparing the students for college, competitive athletics, and so much more. The friends I made at AH are still my closest friends of all. Proudly, I wear my school ring every day; I never take it off. I love AH so much, and if I have a girl one day, she will go there. It's the bet gift any parent could give his/her child.

As a graduate and a parent of 2 recent graduates, I can not say enough about this school. It empowers girls to believe in themselves while understanding the power of giving back to the community. What is learned on this beautiful campus in the urban setting of historic Charleston is as much academic as it is esoteric. The institution is constantly doing research on how girls learn best and implementing changes constantly to serve their students. It is a dynamic place where next generation science and humanities courses are taught under oak trees that are 100s of years old and technology is second to none. There award winning arts and sports programs provide students with the challenges appropriate for this competitive world!

This year is my third year attending Ashley Hall and from day one there was such a strong bond between the faculty and students. The school I attended prior to Ashley Hall had me feeling detached and lonely due to the large class numbers and the many disruptive peers. I remember the painful emotions I felt after realizing I was in the wrong place. From there I realized I had to move on to a school where more students value their education. I researched Ashley Hall myself because I desperately wanted a more wholesome community and an academically challenging curriculum. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to attend AH and for the relationships I have established with the school and surrounding community. This environment is like no other I have experienced before; it is utterly supportive and encourages each individual to constantly look for and cultivate their own passion.
