  • Bloomington Developmental Learning Center Inc. was founded in 1973 by parents and teachers who were bound by similar child-care philosophies.
  • BDLC is one of the largest and oldest child-care centers in Monroe County.
  • It is becoming fully accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, licensed by the State of Indiana and is a participant in Paths to Quality. BDLC provides an educational, child-centered, family-oriented, multicultural child-care program.
