Children's House Montessori (CHM) is a state licensed preschool/kindergarten aged childcare center.
As such, we are required to provide certain information to our families.
Children's House provides a preschool and kindergarten learning environment that follows the well established, individual child-centered, Montessori approach, which nurtures independence and the joy of learning within the child's potential.
Children's House provides an environment rich in learning activities and gives each child the freedom to choose among those opportunities.
The child's own spontaneity and curiosity lead to productive activity, success in small tasks, and cumulatively, the development of large competencies.
The process leads to greater independence, self direction and self discipline, and fosters the child's joy in his own growth and increasing mastery of his environment.
