Concordia Lutheran School is a small, private, Christian school located on three acres in the Wedgwood neighborhood of northeast Seattle.
Concordia's mission is to prepare our students for successful lives in high school, college, and beyond by helping them achieve positive habits towards confidence, a sense of community, and academic mastery.
At Concordia Lutheran School, we believe a Christ-centered education creates a firm foundation for life, promotes respect for self and other, and fosters personal responsibility. At the same time, we are a diverse community which values differences of opinion. We encourage students to ask and share what faith means to them and their families, and we regularly explore global cultures.
Our staff and families work together to create an environment that is safe, nurturing, and fun, a place where children want to learn.

Rather than traditional grade levels, Concordia students learn in multi-age teams (15:1 Student:Teacher maximum) to ensure that students develop relationships with peers at their social emotional level, are challenged academically whether they are at, below, or above "grade level" expectations, and build self confidence.
Concordia elementary and middle school staff members have a shared vision, philosophy, and commitment to personalized, mastery learning.
