My daughter is in 5th grade and this is her first year at Locust Grove. She attended public school prior. We have been very happy with the school so far. Her class is small so the student-teacher ratio is great! While we were not unhappy with her last school, we knew our daughter needed something different. That is the beauty of many educational options. Smaller classes, a different population of students, and academics that challenged her were at the top of our list. She has been thriving in the new school and she has regained a love for learning. I would highly recommend LMS for parents looking for something "different" than a traditional public school setting.
