School Notes

  • Children are gifts of God entrusted into our care. To fulfill God`s command to bring children up "in nurture of the Lord," Christian education must satisfy the training of body, mind and soul.  Music, Art, and Spanish along with Religion are important parts of our learning environment along with the required K- 8th grade curriculum.
  • Everyone is welcome at our school regardless of religious background.  We embrace all cultures as we are all children of God.
  • Our seasoned teachers are able to adapt lessons so that each child can succeed.
  • 30 minutes of recess every day and a Physical Education class at least once a week.
  • We expect great things from our students and they in turn go on to greater and better things.  The high schools they go on to are as follows:
  • St. Francis Prep
  • Holy Cross
  • Molloy
  • St. Mary's
  • Benjamin Cardozo (DaVinci Programs)
  • Bayside
  • Stuyvesant
  • Bronx Science
