The Children's House Montessori is associated with the Montessori Institute of San Diego AMI Training Center. The school offers programs for Toddler (18 mos to 3 years), Primary (3-6 Years), and Elementary (6-12 Years). The active learning environments use the system of early childhood education created by Maria Montessori, which is based on observation and experimentation with children from diverse backgrounds.
The Montessori method employs scientifically designed educational tools that respond to the specific stages of development universal to all children.
Using this method we are able to provide a safe and stimulating environment which, through discovery and exploration, allows children to develop lifetime social, physical, emotional, and spiritual attitudes that lay a solid foundation for a socially responsible adulthood.
The end result of such an education is an independent, self-confident child with a genuine love of learning.
