Students should have at least a “B” average in conduct and a “C” average in academics for admission to PMHS. We offer financial aid based on income to those that qualify. Our financial aid office will make every effort to work with your family.

Complete the online application and parent assistance agreement (OR download, complete and return the packet to our front office).
Include 2 letters of recommendation from your child’s school
Include a copy of the student’s most recent report card and achievement tests (other academic records may be requested)
Complete School Lunch Application and Food Allergy Form

After we receive the necessary forms from the packet, there is an interview process to ensure that parent(s)/guardian(s) and child(ren) understand and are willing to cooperate with the mission and philosophy of the school. If your child is accepted, complete the Financial Aid Application. When a financial aid decision has been made, we will notify you of your tuition amount. All new parents must activate their tuition payment plan at FACTS Tuition Plan Enrollment. Download PMHS Standards Policy, Mission, Vision and Core Values and the Statement of Faith.
