Overview
Since its founding in 1945 Maplebrook School, an independent, coed boarding school, has provided holistic education for students with complex learning profiles.
Combining quality academics with a focus on character formation (Responibility Increases Self Esteem), Maplebrook seeks to empower and excede the needs of each of its students.
We offer two distinct programs: The Academic Program (an accredited NY state high school) for students 11-18 years of age and the Institute for Collegiate and Career Studies (ICCS) for high school gratuates 18-21 years of age.
A six-week summer program is availble to help avoid the regression of skills and prevent the summer slide.
Kildonan is a co-educational day and boarding school for students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences.
Kildonan serves day students in grades 2-12 and boarding students in grades 7-12.
Founded in 1969, Kildonan offers one-to-one daily Orton-Gillingham tutoring, a college-preparatory curriculum, and small, multisensory subject matter classes.
