Documents required to enroll are: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Last Report Card, Baptismal Certificate (If applicable), Custody or Guardianship Papers (If applicable) as well as a $120 Registration Fee per Family Note: To enroll in our preschool program your child must be completely potty-trained and 3 years old by September 30th.To enroll in kindergarten the child must be 5 years old by September 30.
