School Reviews
5 I am very pleased with the education that my daughters are being taught at PMA. The school staff and teachers are very friendly and helpful when a parent or student has a question or needs help. My daughters enjoy student life that this school has to offer, like their sports and clubs. Everyone at PMA is always very welcoming and helpful. They especially enjoy the school activities like pep rallies and spirit week. I would highly recommend this school to other parents for their children. - Posted by Parent - Jennifer |
5 PMA is a great place to enjoy four years of high school. As a Senior, I feel proud to say that I am graduating from this school. When I first arrived at PMA, I was scared because I was the only student from my school coming there. But little did I know it was going to be so welcoming and so easy to feel safe. I made the most amazing friends there and had the best memories, thanks to all the staff and faculty. It is a place where students could be themselves. - Posted by Student/Alumni - MP |
5 I am the parent of a graduating senior and a freshman. Love the sports and culture. My kids don't have to worry about being bullied or gangs. Excellent school, small population. Most parents know each other. What I like the most is the safety! I feel my kids are safe and school does a good job with making sure our kids are safe. They do a good job communicating with parents. The campus and field are beautiful too. I am very happy with my kids being at this school. - Posted by Parent - Maria C |
5 Very happy with my son being in this school where not only are they being prepared to become academically prepared for college, but more importantly they are being prepared for life as good Christians. There is a good balance between academics, athletics, extra-curricular activities, and values formation. The school is able to access resources that would help the students succeed like scholarship grants. Through the years, the school is able to find the right teachers for the right subjects. The administrators are hands-on in running the school, effectively spearheading an effective relationship among the troika of school, family and community. - Posted by Parent - Ben_C |
5 Truly a great high school community with excellent educators, administrators, staff and commitment to excel its students. Couldn't be happier with PMA, it's the perfect high school for our student and family. We like the safe, family and faith oriented community. There is great ongoing communication between parents, teachers and administrators throughout the school year. It has great Academics, College Preparedness, sports program, extra-curricular activities, and most importantly Christian and Catholic faith in its educational mission. It's a growing private high school community with the opportunity for scholarships to help with tuition. Great HS overall. - Posted by Parent - MEG |
5 We are so glad we chose private schooling. They offer great resources for the students like tutoring and plenty of sports, and clubs. This is a college ready school. Happy with all the staff who is always available for students and parents. I feel the school is very challenging and dedicated. - Posted by Parent - Corona |
5 We love PMA! Both my daughters have received a great education along with strengthening their faith in God. Both my daughters have received unconditional support and love from their teachers and mentors. My youngest daughter is excited to start her senior year this fall. While my oldest daughter is a PMA alumni who currently is a about to be a third year at Cal Poly Pomona. - Posted by Parent - Edith Guardian |
5 The school provides adequate college readiness for students and allows for proper staff to student ratio due to the small student body. There are many clubs to choose from, and students are encouraged to make their own. Religious participation is also a big part of this school's values. Students are also pushed academically for college readiness. - Posted by Parent - Tere |
5 PMA has been home to my daughter for three years. She will soon be a senior and I am very happy with the decision we made sending her to this amazing school. The small class sizes allow for the teachers to give students' individual attention and provide help if needed. She is challenged academically by being in honor and AP courses. And is also involved in sports and activities after school. - Posted by Parent - Elizabeth |
5 Great school. My son has been very happy at this school. They offer many clubs and sports. The classes are smaller and the teacher to student ratio is pretty good. Counselors and teachers are really involved in student success. - Posted by Parent - Julio |
5 My daughter has had a wonderful time at PMA. She has been involved in various sports and clubs and has enjoyed all aspects of High School life while there. She has found many good friends and teachers as well. - Posted by Parent - Ann |
5 Great school. They're always available to help in any situation. I love how teachers are always available to the students and parents. My son and daughter enjoy every day of school. - Posted by Parent - Susana |
5 My daughter is a Sophomore, and I really love this school! They offer a wide variety of advanced courses for her to choose from. She is a straight student. She is constantly pushed to excel at her highest ability. Since this school does not have a lot of students compared to public schools, there is a lot of attention to smaller group learning. Would definitely recommend this school. - Posted by Parent - Shelley |
5 We love this school! It is not crowded, the teachers are there for the kids and parents. It truly feels like a small community. The parents are nice and open with everyone. The kids have many opportunities to enroll in extra-curricular activities and will find something they will like. My child has been attending this school for two years and she is extremely happy, succeeding and thriving! - Posted by Parent - EV |
