We love St Raphael School! 1 child has graduated & 1 is still there. Academics/teachers are top notch. They truly care about the students & go the extra mile to give any needed help. Admin is amazing & are passionate about our school. Office staff is kind & welcoming. Catholic faith is included throughout the school day. Service is emphasized. All school mass every week & the grades take turns "hosting" mass (readings, cantering, etc). We have an amazing campus minister who helps classes get ready for school masses & runs class retreats. Many traditions make it feel like being part of a big family. Students get a lot of individualized attention. A very safe school- in fact, many areas schools have modeled their safety procedures after ours. Very reasonable before/after care. Busing in Dist 203. Many clubs to choose from & jr high leadership opportunities. Our grad has been extremely well prepared for high school. We are so happy that we chose St Raphael. We love it & our children do too.

We have three children at St. Raphael starting with preschool and couldn't be happier with our experience there. The teachers and staff do a wonderful job of creating a very real sense of community with both students and parents, and our children have thrived there. We have a child that can be a bit shy and reserved at times and they've helped her to feel comfortable and confident and with their help, support and encouragement she's really come out of her shell. 10 of 10, very pleased.

We have been a St Raphael family for eight years. Our son has blossomed in this small school environment and we love the community! It has become our family. Teachers care deeply for each student and love their Catholic faith. Our principal, Mrs. DeMar, knows every student by name and is very approachable. The academics are outstanding and prepares your child for private or public high school.

St Raphael Catholic School is a very special place. I currently have 3 children attending and they are receiving an outstanding well-rounded education (spirituality, academic, social). The school community is genuinely supportive and the teaching staff is immensely talented and care for each student. Teachers are accessible and easy to reach and communicate with if you have questions or concerns about your child's progress.

I am an alumna and parent of two current students. God works in mysterious ways: I didn't think I could be prouder of this school, but in the midst of the pandemic we've become even stronger. High academic standards, a "can do" attitude, rock-solid faith, and a tightly knit community. And the teachers and staff! Their dedication and enthusiasm are remarkable. When I send my kids to St. Raphael every day, I know they're on the right path.

ParentOverall experienceTop-notch educational instruction from devoted teachers and staff - that's certainly there. But there's also the invaluable faith foundation the school gives our kids, and that's the real treasure and the real difference between St. Raphael and every other good school. The students understand that, at the center of everything, it's a relationship with God that we all need. And that informs the way they move through every aspect of their lives. St. Raphael students are taught to look at others with compassion, to be humble, to be courageous, to pray. These are gifts that will keep on giving always. The community at St. Raphael is unparalleled. Because students are together from a very young age until they enter high school, and because their siblings are in class with their friends' siblings, the family connections are reinforced in countless ways. Families see each other at mass week after week. Parents whose kids are in junior high work on school projects with parents of younger kids, and that cooperation and familiarity makes for one large and loving family. The ARC angel and buddy programs, in which older kids are partnered with younger kids for mass and other activities, create trust and love that cris-crosses the school. I can't say enough good things about our experience at the school. It's where you want your kids to be.

We have 3 boys at Saint Raphael School right now. I cannot brave enough about how much we love it here. The smaller class sizes create such an intimate and unique setting for the kids. The teachers are phenomenal and make it a priority to build a relationship with each student. The thing that stands out most for us is the faith-based education. We couldn't be more pleased with how our children are growing both academically and spiritually. Growing in their faith day by day within a peer setting is so special and invaluable. We are truly so fortunate to be a part of the Saint Raphael Family!

School Review have the best job in the world. First of all, St. Raphael School has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Teachers, staff members, parents, students, and prospective students are all made to feel like family. Secondly, I get to spend all day teaching English! Talk about a dream come true! At St. Raphael, every teacher feels the same passion for his/her subject and grade level. We ALL think we have the best job in the world! Finally, we get to play a part in turning our students into disciples of Christ. Every grade attends a yearly retreat and participates in several service projects throughout the school year. We pray before class, before meals, and during our weekly Mass. There is an inner light that shines in the eyes of these students when they talk about their faith. We are blessed to be able to teach them, and they are blessed to attend such a great school as St. Raphael.
