School Notes

  • At LCPS, we assess students individually and assign core course levels accordingly. We utilize Project-Based Learning and a Universal Design for Learning Framework in the development of our curricula, making material accessible to all students while maintaining rigorous academic standards. The low student to teacher ratio and self-determined pace of learning at LCPS are ideal for highly motivated gifted students who have felt held back by traditional school settings. 3 schools later my child is finally challenged. This school has an lower school, middle school and high school. My son usually complains about school being to easy but this year I can see the panic on his face as the teacher pile on the work to challenge him. We have had no issues with the administration or teachers and the students all seem to get along. I am very happy his old school recommend us here. this is a very small school so no afterschool, but the teachers make themselves available for help.
